This picture was take it at two last summer's for Marc Renart, in this photo, Marc and I, we went to look the slaugther of little cow, because I was in the Marc's house, and he invite me to went to participate. At initally we were very excited, but when we went in front of the event, we turned the head because we didn't wold to saw that was happening, but we did finally, but the rest we looked all of the process, at first the father of Marc picked the head of little cow, when it was unconscious, his father cuted it stem because the animal bleeding.
When the little cow was dead, his father opened the belly, the fat, and extract the guts, the stomach, the heart and the rest, and this picture was take when the heart was still hot.
